We supply all the materials needed besides a NEW LINER and NEW WALL..
(Sand, tools and equipment)
We will remove the old pool wall from the pool area and place it where you
direct that you will need to dispose of.
We will redo the floor of the pool. We will remove roots, fill in divots and add sand as needed. If your pool is off level or if the bottom of your pool is out of level, we do not attempt to fix that. We will add sand to create a smooth, consistent surface under your liner.
We will professionally install the new pool wall.
We will professionally install the new liner you supply.
We will begin to fill the pool, remove as many wrinkles as possible and cut in/ install your skimmer to the pool. In most cases, we use a shop vac to remove the wrinkles and try to remove them all, but creases and small wrinkles can still be present depending on how the liner is seamed together. For this reason, we do not guarantee a wrinkle-free bottom.

Us dealing with a pool that has not been maintained, the water is filthy and/or

What To Expect:
Wall replacement dates can change due to weather or other unforeseen
circumstances so we do not recommend taking time off work that can not be easily
rescheduled on short notice. We will give notice of any changes as soon as we realize
there is an issue.
We will be in contact roughly one week prior to the wall replacement
scheduled date to get you to start or plan when to start draining your pool down to
below 2 inches of water left inside the pool. If your pool is not properly drained before
we arrive it may result is a rescheduling fee.
An average Job Takes 3-5 hours, depending on the pool size.
A 2–5-person crew and 2-3 work vehicles will be there.
A Bobcat with rubber tracks may be used to shuttle sand from a dump truck to the pool site if much sand is needed.
Your Responsibilities:
You are responsible to have your pool drained below 2 inches of water remaining in
the pool by the liner change scheduled day.
If a lot of rock was used for backfill, you will need to pull the rock a few inches back
off the wall so rock is not resting on the pool wall when it is drained.
You are responsible for having the new wall(this is heavy and we can bring it) and
liner on site unless previous discussed by the day of the scheduled day.
You are responsible for the wear and tear from our equipment in your yard. The
more saturated the yard, the more damage will be done typically.
You are responsible for path our equipment would take through your yard to the pool area. We have no idea what is buried in the yard and where. Anything damaged under the surface of the yard while operating trucks or equipment is the
homeowners responsibility so it is up to you to tell us where to drive the equipment.
You are responsible for having the new liner on site unless previously discussed by
the day of the scheduled day.
You are responsible for cleaning up debris taken out of the old liner and cutting of the pieces of the old liner.
WATER DELIVERY- (Only applies to homeowners that don’t plan on using their
water from a hose) We recommend you call and get quotes and choose the water
hauler so you know what you are paying and they have information on your job.
Please inform them this is a new install from The Great Escape and give them the
expected install date. We do not and can not give out accurate times for the
delivery of the water until the day of this install. Please inform us of the hauler you
are using when we arrive to install your pool and we will contact the hauler
ourselves and coordinate the delivery time then. If the hauler you have chosen
needs a time frame, the best we can do it ball park it the night before. If this is the
case, tell us when we call you in the evening the day before of the install and we
will give you our best estimate.
Note- If you do not have water scheduled in
advance, we typically can get a water hauler to you on the day of install on short
notice if your job is local to Canton. We can not guarantee this because it depends
on the water haulers schedule but typically if you inform us when we arrive to install
your pool, we can assist you in getting water delivered if needed.
